I just learned of Naluai Sensei passing. He was a great teacher and a wonderful person. I was able to train with Clayton when he came to Southern Calif. with the Surfers singing group. I was a Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff during this time in LA. I also was able to take Aikido training under Clayton when I visited Hawaii a couple of times. I have also been able to take training from Master Koichi Tohei over the years and was one of a small group of law enforcement officers that got private lessons from Master Tohei. Clayton was the 2nd best Aikido Instructor I had after Master Tohei. Clayton’s Ki will live on in all of us he taught.
